If you’ve travelled on CityLink more than 10 days ago, you should receive a toll invoice in the mail.
A toll invoice is a payment request for your toll road travel.
You’ll receive one if you travel on a toll road without an active account or pass. The amount you'll be asked to pay is the cost of your tolls plus an admin fee.
Toll invoices are issued to the registered owner of the vehicle. It may take up to 4 weeks after the date you travelled for a toll invoice to be issued.
